Product Introduction:

1. Furnace automatic, it applies to all kinds of high temperature furnaces.

2. It applies to the furnace that the thickness of furnace wall is around 500mm.

3. Probe hood is made of stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance.

4. Special spiral air curtain, the lens does not gather dust.

5. Special air and water cooling, the device can be used in all kinds of bad conditions normally.

6. Sapphire heat resisting lens.

7. Probe hood entry and exit automatically.

8. Use heat resisting cylinder, with good reliability.

9. Probe hood will exit automatically if there is any accident on power or water/air cooling.

10. Central control room or project site can control the equipment to entry or exit.

11. PLC procedural control, DCS software control camera menu and aperture.

12. Use the 500 mm high temperature optical pinhole lens.

13. Use 27 x optical zoom (electronic zoom3.6-78 ) integrated camera.

Main Function:

1. Probe will exit when the temperature of the hood rises above 50°C (specified levels).

2. Probe will exit when the compressed air input air pressure below 0.2 MPa.

3. Probe will exit when the probe hood cooling water input flow is less than 0.2M³/h.

4. Probe will exit when the power is cut off.

5. Probe will exit when the control room or control device of project site send out exit signal.

6. Alarm signal can be connected to the DCS.
